It's a simple design that could bring your kid's room to life straight away.  After the payment has come through, we will send you the files within 1 working day. Then you can print at home or a printing shop.
 
Pick from the 2 files according to the size you would like your print to be. Our high resolution 300dpi jpeg files allow you to print in A2, A3, A4, 20"x30", 16"x24", 12"x18" & 8"x12". If you print in any other sizes, that will affect the quality of the final outcome.

    • What are digital wall art downloads? 

      Digital wall art downloads are digital files that can be downloaded and printed for personal use. These files we provide are JPEG (300dpi) and can be printed at home or by a professional printing service.

    • How does the purchasing process work?

      To purchase a digital wall art, browse through the designs on our website. Once you find a design you like, add it to your cart and proceed to the checkout. After completing the payment, you will receive an email with a download link for the digital file.

    • What is the quality of the digital files?

      We strive to provide high-quality digital files in jpeg for our digital wall art downloads. They are all 300dpi, which is perfect for printing.

      The size of each file may vary depending on the specific design, but we ensure that all files are 300dpi, which is suitable for printing at the 7 sizes we stated and will look great on your wall.

    • How many files will I receive? 

      In the email, you will receive a zip file. The zip file consists 2 files of the same print you have ordered.

      Please check the file name for the print size you desire.

      One of the files is for A2, A3 and A4 size. The other file is for 20"x30" (inches), 16"x24", 12"x18" and 8"x12".

      If you print in a size other than stated above, which will affect the quality of the final outcome.

    • What can I do with the downloaded digital files? 

      Once you have downloaded the digital files, you can use them to create physical wall art forpersonal use. You may print them at home using a personal printer or send them to a professionalprinting service. Please note that the digital files are for personal use only and should not be resold,distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

    • What if I encounter technical issues with the downloaded files?

      If you experience any technical issues with the downloaded files, such as difficulty opening or printing them, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the problem.

    • Can I share the digital files with others? 

      The digital files you download are for personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling the files is strictly prohibited. We kindly ask that you respect our intellectual property rights and refrain from sharing the files with others.

    • Can I return the digital wall art prints? 

      ​Upon successful payment, digital files of the purchased products will be made available for download. Due to the nature of digital products, no physical shipment is involved. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a defect in the product. In such cases, please contact Charlotte & Lime within 14 days of purchase to request a replacement.

    • Where to print? 

      You can either print at home if you have a good quality printer. Or you can send the file(s) to a printing company. Choose the thicker type of paper (e.g. around 200gsm). We have used https://pixel2print.co.uk (if you are in the UK) and they provide good quality prints and good value too (*we are not associated with this company, feel free to use any other printing companies). If you are not in the UK, then please use your local printing company.
